.....A word of caution regarding "want" vs. "need": There are some amazing visual effects created for web sites every day. Would we recommend them all for the average site? Probably not. They tend to be a distraction, many require an extra step or special software just to be viewed, and most of all -- the time they take to load can easily exceed your visitors patience.
